We understand that there are circumstances that may prevent you from attending your booked appointment with us. If you are unable to keep your booked appointment, we kindly ask that you inform us and either cancel or reschedule it. We require at least 24 hours-notice prior to your booked appointment time if you cannot keep your appointment, so that we can give it to another patient who may have urgent need of our care.
If you cancel your appointment 24 hours before it starts, then you benefit to get a voucher for the full refund amount for another replacement of consultation or voucher to buy our health products online

However, should there be any circumstances beyond your control that prevent you from cancelling or rescheduling your appointment with sufficient notice, we kindly request that you email at cancellation@gpshealthonline.com as soon as possible. Where the Buyer wishes to exercise their rights of cancellation, no Goods are to be opened, used, installed, packaging defaced or returned in a non-re-sellable condition as new.
Notification of cancellation is to be given in writing within 7 working days, from the day after the receipt of goods, sent to the UK address as detailed on the last page of this contract.
It will be the Buyer's responsibility at his expense, to return the Goods, carriage paid, to the Seller within 14 days from the date of notification of cancellation. The Buyer must make reasonable efforts to ensure that the goods arrive at the Seller's premises with the packaging not defaced and in a re-sellable condition as new, otherwise the right of cancellation will be void and the Goods will be made available for collection, or there may be an extra charge for redelivery.
The refund will be processed within 30 days from the receipt of written notification of the cancellation, subject to meeting IN FULL all the requirements as set out in this clause.
